The Trust Property will be sold subject to all liens and encumbrances of record having priority over that Deed of Trust dated August 30, 2018 and filed for record on September 4, 2018 as Instrument No. 201805763 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The Trustee's sale shall be conducted pursuant to such additional or different terms as the Trustee may announce at the time and place of the Trustee's sale.
