NOTICE TO DEFENDANTS TO: Defendants the Estate of Ernest W. Cravener, the Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Personal Representatives, and All Other Persons Interested in the Estate of Ernest W. Cravener, Deceased, real names unknown, the Estate of Dorene S. Cravener, the Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Personal Representatives, and All Other Persons Interested in the Estate of Dorene S. Cravener, Deceased, real names unknown, John Doe and Jane Doe, real names and marital status unknown. Notice is hereby given that on November 12, 2020, West Gate Bank, as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Case No. CI 20-1089, against the Estate of Ernest W. Cravener, the Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Personal Representatives, and all other persons interested in the Estate of Ernest W. Cravener, Deceased, real names unknown, the Estate of Dorene S. Cravener, the Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Personal Representatives, and all other persons interested in the Estate of Dorene S. Cravener, Deceased, real names unknown, Sherri L. Cravener, Heir, County of Hall, John Doe and Jane Doe, real names and marital status unknown, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a certain Deed of Trust on the property described as: Lot Five (5), in Block Six (6), in the Original Town, now the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which was executed on October 3, 2012, by Ernest W. Cravener and Dorene S. Cravener, husband and wife, and delivered to West Gate Bank, Trustee, and Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, Beneficiary, and which was duly recorded on October 4, 2012, as Instrument No. 201208282, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Such deed of trust was given to secure the payment of a certain note in writing dated October 3, 2012. The plaintiff alleges in its Complaint that there is now due the plaintiff on said note the principal sum of $42,222.41, together with interest thereon. The plaintiff is the owner of the beneficial interest under such deed of trust and is the holder of the indebtedness secured thereby. The plaintiff prays that in default of payment by the defendants of the amount due the plaintiff as aforesaid, such mortgaged premises be decreed to be sold according to law to satisfy the sums found due the plaintiff, with interest and costs of suit, and that such defendants be forever barred and foreclosed of all right, title, lien, equity of redemption or other interest in, to and upon such mortgaged premises.
