Request for Proposals The Hall County Housing Authority (HCHA), located at 1834 West 7th Street, Grand Island, NE is accepting proposals for pest control services including annual pest control service contract. This work would include monthly inspections and chemical spray treatments of HCHA properties for roaches and other common pests. Proposal may also include specialized treatments for bedbugs (including heat), mice, snakes, bats, etc. The HCHA manages over 400 dwelling units in Grand Island and surrounding areas and requires these services monthly.
